By accessing or using Vantae services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

Vantae provides:

• AI-powered CV analysis and improvement tools
• CV templates and formatting services
• Job matching and application tracking
• Cover letter generation tools
• Career advice and resources

Services are provided on a subscription basis with different tiers available.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

Subscription Plans: We offer a Professional monthly subscription (cancel anytime) and a One-Month Pass (a single 30-day access period with no auto-renewal).

Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in GBP.

Professional Plan: The Professional plan renews monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.

One-Month Pass: The One-Month Pass provides 30 days of access from the date of purchase. It does not auto-renew. No cancellation is required.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of any payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds for subsequent periods are at our discretion.

Changes to Pricing: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all CV content and personal information you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide our services.

Our Content: All Vantae software, templates, and AI models are our intellectual property or our licensors'.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access our services without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with notice
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend access for violations of these terms

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview success

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. For Professional plan subscribers, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for cause with reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data according to our retention policy.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before legal proceedings.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
