Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vantae services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and those who have purchased a Job Hunt Pass.

Vantae provides:

• ATS readiness scoring of your CV, free of charge
• Job-description match reports, available through the paid Job Hunt Pass
• Account and data management tools

Core ATS readiness scoring is available free of charge. Extended access, including job matching, is available through a one-time Job Hunt Pass purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

Some existing accounts, created before this pricing model took effect, retain access to legacy features such as CV templates and cover letter generation. These legacy features are no longer offered to new customers and are not part of the service described above.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

Job Hunt Pass: We offer two one-time purchases: a 1-Month Job Hunt Pass at £14.99 and a 3-Month Job Hunt Pass at £24.99. Each Pass is a single, non-renewing payment that unlocks extended access for a fixed period from the date of purchase.

Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in GBP.

No Subscription: There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Each Pass is a one-off purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and no auto-renewal to opt out of. When a Pass expires, your account reverts to the free tier and you may purchase another Pass if you wish to continue extended access.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked.

Changes to Pricing: We may change Job Hunt Pass prices at any time. Price changes do not affect a Pass you have already purchased.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all CV content and personal information you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide our services.

Our Content: All Vantae software and AI models are our intellectual property or our licensors'.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access our services without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with notice
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend access for violations of these terms

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview success

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. As there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. If you have an active Job Hunt Pass, you retain access for the remainder of its fixed term.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for cause with reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data according to our retention policy.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before legal proceedings.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
